Mr Easy, originally from Kingston, Jamaica, recorded his first single, a cover version of the Isley Brother’s hit “Caravan of Love” in 1989. Following his first experience in the studio, Mr Easy auditioned for the world famous Showtime at the Apollo. Mr Easy survived the ordeal by winning the approval from the masses. He also earned the distinction of being the first reggae singer to perform on the televised show. A notable viewer was the producer Quincy Jones, who was inspired to sign Mr. Easy for a recording contract. 
Signed to Jones‘ Qwest label via Warner Brothers, he released his debut in 1994, the well-received album “Call Me Mr Easy”. The Dancehall/Reggae artist recounts how legendary R&B Singer Sidney Mills, helped him to write “Just Be a Lady” which received congratulations and encouragement from Patti LaBelle to Quincy Jones
Mr Easy has gone on to perform or work with the likes of Beenie Man, Patra, Shaggy, Sean Paul and much more throughout his career. He has a following that loves his music and supports him to this day. Currently Mr Easy has dropped a single titled “Touch Me” that is sure to get the ladies in a sexy mood.
